    Canceling an order

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order already placed. When your order is payed, it goes directly in preparation for shipping. You can then return your order when you receive it, as explained below, to obtain a reimbursement.

    Tracking your parcel

    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you confirming the shipment of your package with a link to track the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the post office website (Standard delivery) or Chronopost (Express delivery) for real-time tracking:

    This tracking is also possible from your customer account:

    1. Log in using your credentials.

    2. Click on “My Orders” and select the relevant order.

    3. In the summary table of items ordered, click on "Track delivery online" (top left)

    4. A new window opens with the follow-up of your parcel, step by step.

    If your package is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to check your mailbox. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the post office should have filed a notice of passage.     Delivery methods

    - Colissimo without signature (for France only)

    - Chronopost expression delivery before 1 p.m.

    RETURNS

    Returns and refunds can take place:

    • Either within the framework of the legal withdrawal period, the customer has a legal period of 30 days from the day of purchase of the product

    • Either in the event of non-compliance of the product or service delivered.

    The customer may return the product(s) to the Company by respecting the following procedure:

    Returning your order

    Return due to size problem / change of mind (right of withdrawal)

    Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. The return must be made within 30 days of the day of purchase of the product. If the departure day indicated on the package is included in the authorized 30 days, you will be reimbursed, even if we receive it beyond this period.

    Return process

    • Use a standard package or reuse the box with which you received the product.

    • Attach your invoice, or your contact details (surname, first name, order number, email, telephone number).

    • Send the parcel to the following address: AMATEIS, 18 rue des prés riants, 74150 RUMILLY, France

    The returned products must be packed in their original packaging (plastic bag), with the labels attached, without having been worn, used or damaged.

    Return due to a defective product

    Returns are the sole responsibility of the company. The return must be made within 30 days of the day of purchase of the product. If the departure day indicated on the package is included in the authorized 30 days, you will be reimbursed, even if we receive it beyond this period.

    Return process

    • Use a standard package or reuse the box with which you received the product.

    AULP's validation

    All returned products must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, Aulp will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods.

    No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the products unfit for sale.

    If the return is refused by Aulp, the products will then be returned to the customer at Aulp's expense without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of his warranty rights on the goods. sold.

    Reimbursement

    Once the verifications of the returned product have been carried out, we proceed to the refund on the means of payment used during the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of your package.

    Return and refund from a store

    If you bought an Aulp product in a store, other than our online store, we will not be able to take your return into account, nor make a refund, even if the product is defective. It will be necessary to get closer to the store in which you made your purchase, to reach an agreement.

    EXCHANGES

    We do not make exchanges. If you want to change the size ordered, you must return the package, and recommend the correct size (before or after receiving the refund for the first package).
