Our delivery times are 2 to 3 days. these deadlines can be extended if you do not live in France.

Our procedures do not yet allow you to modify the delivery address after the validation of your order.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

With which payment methods can I pay for my order?

Is it possible to exchange an item if it does not suit me?

We do not exchange items, but you can return them. If the returned product complies with AULP's return procedure and meets the refund conditions, you will be fully refunded.

What should I do if the product I received is not the one I ordered?
